- Cezar VE3LYC RAC Amateur of the Year 2011
- The IOTA Community congratulates Cezar Trifu VE3LYC on being selected by the Board of Directors of the Radio Amateurs of Canada (RAC) as the Canadian Radio Amateur of the Year 2011. In their citation RAC refer to Cezar's many operations in support of the IOTA programme as well as a host of other achievements. IOTA aficionados know well the dedication Cezar has shown in providing them with so many 'new ones' in recent years. Well done, Cezar.
