An Application programming interface allows software developers to enhance their software by allowing it to interact with a website or similar service. The content of this section of the site is technical in nature since it is designed to introduce the API on this website and its functions to software developers.

The following methods are under test. You are welcome to use them for development work, but they should not be considered stable enough for production use at present.
